摘 要:通过检测分析樱花再植区域施用微生物菌剂与未施用微生物菌剂的土壤理化性质、主要病原菌变化及后期生长情况,探究施用微生物菌剂对土壤的调节作用。结果表明,施用TLC土壤微生物菌剂后土壤pH、有机质呈显著差异,pH显著低于对照,有机质显著高于对照,病原微生物数量未呈显著差异,但总量普遍降低。从樱花生长量和叶片健康状况综合分析,施用菌剂对樱花生长具有较明显的促进作用。The application of microbial inoculants on soil was explored by analyzing the changes in soil physical and chemical properties,main pathogenic bacteria and later growth of cherry replanting areas with and without microbial inoculants.The results showed that after the application of TLC soil microbial inoculants,the soil pH and organic matter showed differences,with pH significantly lower than that of the control group,and organic matter significantly higher than that of the control group.The number of pathogenic microorganisms did not show differences,but the total amount was generally reduced.From the comprehensive analysis of cherry growth and leaf health,the application of inoculants has a significant promoting effect on cherry growth.
