摘 要:基于扭转弹簧扭转后可以自复位的特性,提出了一种新型扭转弹簧摩擦阻尼器(TSFD)。首先阐述了TSFD的构造及其工作原理;其次构建了TSFD的简化力学模型和有限元模型,分别研究了摩擦系数、正压力和扭转弹簧刚度对TSFD力学性能的影响规律,并对比分析了TSFD力-位移滞回关系曲线理论分析结果与数值模拟结果。研究结果表明:TSFD具有良好的耗能能力、承载能力和自复位能力,此外,有限元模型得到的滞回曲线和理论曲线吻合较好,验证了其力学模型的精确性。Based on the self-resetting characteristics of torsion springs after torsion,a novel Torsional Spring Friction Damper(TSFD)is proposed.Firstly,the construction and working principle of TSFD are elucidated.Secondly,simplified mechanical models and finite element models of TSFD are constructed.The influences of friction coefficient,normal pressure,and torsion spring stiffness on the mechanical performance of TSFD are studied,and the theoretical analysis results of force-displacement hysteresis curves of TSFD are compared and analyzed with numerical simulation results.The research findings indicate that TSFD exhibits excellent energy dissipation,bearing capacity,and self-resetting capability.Additionally,the hysteresis curves obtained from the finite element model coincide well with the theoretical curves,validating the accuracy of its mechanical model.
