摘 要:某老年医学中心大楼基坑,周边环境复杂,坑顶还存在毛石挡土墙、市政道路、安置房等建筑物,且离邕江直线距离约250 m。原设计采用排桩+水平内支撑方案,后为降低造价,通过协调用地边界使用条件,进行了多方案比选,分析了各自方案的优缺点和造价情况,最终采用排桩+竖向斜撑及排桩+锚索、排桩+水平角支撑等多形式组合的支护方式,介绍了该基坑方案的具体设计和施工应用情况以及关键部位的处理。设计完工后对基坑及其周边环境进行监测,监测结果显示各项数据均在允许范围内,基坑也未出现险情,实践证明,该支护方案成功达到预期目标。The excavations of a geriatric center building has a complex surrounding environment.And there are also rubble retaining walls,municipal roads,resettlement houses,etc.on the top of the pit.It is about 250 meters away from the Yongjiang River in a straight line.The original foundation pit design adopted a pile arrangement and horizontal internal support scheme.Later,in order to reduce the cost,by coordinating the use conditions of the land boundary,multiple schemes were compared and selected,and the advantages,disadvantages and cost of each scheme were analyzed.Finally,the multi form combination of support methods such as row piles+vertical slant support,row piles+anchor cable,row piles+horizontal angle bracing were adopted.Introduced the specific design and construction application of the foundation pit scheme,as well as the treatment of key parts.Through monitoring of the foundation pit and its surrounding environment after dsign completion,the monitoring results show that all data are within the allowable range,and there have been no dangerous situations in the foundation pit.Practice has proven that the support scheme has successfully achieved the expected goals.
