摘  要:随着矿井开采水平的下延,斜巷工程量不断增加,岩巷上、下山开拓的施工进度一直是煤矿施工的难题。针对斜巷施工过程中容易出现出矸时间长、打眼及支护难度大、耙岩机固定和提升安全等一系列问题,文章基于应急安全管理的视角,以池坪芦坑煤矿201采区+380 m—+500 m人行上山施工为例,分析了上山施工过程中常见的问题,针对施工中各种影响掘进进度的因素,提出改善措施,最终提高掘进施工的各项技术经济指标,为斜巷上山掘进施工提供安全可靠的应急管理策略。With the downward extension of mining level,the amount of inclined drift engineering continues to increase,the construction progress of rock roadway and downhill development has always been a difficult problem in coal mine construction.According to the long gangue production time,difficulty in drilling and supporting,safety of fixing and lifting rock harrows a series of problems in inclined drift construction process,taking the 201 mining area+380 m—+500 m pedestrian uphill construction as an example,this paper analyzes the common problems based on the perspective of emergency safety management,according to various factors that affect the driving progress during construction,proposes the improvement measures,ultimately improves the technical and economic indicators of driving construction,provides safe and reliable emergency management strategy for the slope lane uphill driving construction.
