摘  要:核电厂房地漏作为厂房基础设施的一部分,其设计和性能对整个核电厂的安全和运行具有重要影响。当前核电厂房所使用地漏均为传统水封地漏,在有防火分区要求的房间内须在水封中定期添加水/地漏液形成水封,当由于水封自然蒸发导致水封高度不满足时,需人工频繁进行补液工作。同时房间内部与排水管间压差导致地漏液出现被吸走(房间正压较强)或喷出地漏(房间负压较强)的情况,从而导致出现防护屏障失效。通过研发一种新型防火抗压地漏芯,可直接安装在现有地漏中使用,提高地漏抗压能力同时延长补液周期,通过试验验证其具有防火、抗压及防烟性能,极大减少人工运维投入及保障防火区完整,维护核电厂房运行安全。As a part of the building infrastructure,the design and performance of the floor drain in nuclear power plants have a significant impact on the safety and operation of the entire nuclear power plant.The current floor drains used in nuclear power plants are all traditional water sealed floor drains.In rooms with fire compartment requirements,water/floor drain liquid must be regularly added to the water seal to form a water seal.When the water seal height is not met due to natural evaporation,frequent manual refilling work is required.At the same time,the pressure difference between the interior of the room and the drainage pipe causes the floor drain to be sucked away(due to strong positive pressure in the room)or sprayed out(due to strong negative pressure in the room),resulting in the failure of the protective barrier.By developing a new type of fire-resistant and pressure resistant floor drain core,it can be directly installed and used in existing floor drains,improving the pressure resistance of the floor drain while extending the replenishment cycle.Through experiments,it has been verified that it has fire-resistant,pressure resistant,and smoke resistant properties,greatly reducing manual operation and maintenance investment and ensuring the integrity of the fire zone,maintaining the safety of nuclear power plant operation.
