摘  要:德州市三八路西延下穿铁路立交桥工程位于德州站内,该工程在铁路站场范围内设有大量桩基础。受铁路限界影响,桩基钢筋笼分节最大长度一般为2 m,桩基从成孔到成桩间隔时间较长;工程区域内主要以粉质黏土、粉土为主,且地下水位高;受铁路震动影响,桩基施工过程中极易出现塌孔,进而危及铁路行车安全。因此如何在保证桩基承载力的情况下,使桩长尽量缩短,是本工程的关键技术。文章通过现场自平衡静载试验,结合桩端内力测试与载荷试验Q-s曲线特征,对比分析压浆试桩与未压浆试验结果,研究得出后压浆技术对桩端承载力提高比例为70%,对桩侧承载力提高比例为45%;将研究成果用于本工程后,桩基长度缩短了30%,缩短铁路影响范围内的施工时间,降低塌孔风险,保证了铁路行车的安全。The west extension of Sanba Road in Dezhou City,which passes under the railway overpass,is located within the Dezhou Railway Station.This project has a large number of pile foundations within the railway station area.Due to the impact of railway clearance,the maximum length of the pile foundation reinforcement cage is two meters,and the interval between the completion of the pile foundation and the completion of the pile is relatively long;At the same time,there are multiple layers of silt and silty sand distributed in the project area,and the groundwater level is high.Due to the impact of railway vibration,it is extremely easy for the pile foundation construction process to cause hole collapse,which in turn endangers the safety of railway traffic;Therefore,how to shorten the pile length as much as possible while ensuring the bearing capacity of the pile foundation is the key technology of this project.Through on-site self-balanced static load tests,this article compares and analyzes the results of grouted test piles and non-grouted test piles.By combining the internal force test at the pile tip with the Q-s curve characteristics of the load test,it is concluded that the post-grouting technology can increase the bearing capacity of the pile tip by 70%and the side bearing capacity by 45%;After applying the research results to this project,the length of the pile foundation was shortened by 30%,shortening the construction time within the scope of railway impact,reducing the risk of borehole collapse,and ensuring the safety of railway operation.
