摘 要:为对比CO_(2)和N_(2)抑制煤自燃氧化的效果,基于吸附及低温氧化实验系统,研究了干空气、N_(2)+干空气混合气体、CO_(2)+干空气混合气体条件下煤中自由基变化规律,以及标志气体CO的产生过程。实验表明,0~0.1 MPa升压阶段煤对不同气体吸附量随吸附压力线性增长;煤对气体物理吸附量满足CO_(2)>O_(2)>N_(2)的关系,随着温度的升高,自由基浓度与CO浓度均在上升,但惰化条件下的增长速率及增长幅度显著小于干空气条件下,可见惰性气体可以抑制煤的低温氧化,通过抑制效果的数值比较,各温度阶段CO_(2)的阻化效果优于N_(2),研究成果对指导采空区自燃火灾防治工作具有重要意义。In order to study the effects of CO_(2)and N_(2)on inhibiting coal spontaneous combustion oxidation,based on the adsorption and low temperature oxidation experimental system,the change law of free radicals in coal under dry air,N_(2)+dry air mixture and CO_(2)+dry air mixture were studied,as well as the production process of the marker gas CO.The experiment shows that the adsorption capacity of coal for different gases increases linearly with the adsorption pressure during the pressure rise stage of 0-0.1 MPa;the physical adsorption capacity of coal to gas satisfies the relationship of CO_(2)>O_(2)>N_(2),and both free radical concentration and CO concentration increase with the increase of temperature,but the growth rate and range under inert conditions are significantly lower than those under dry air condition.It can be seen that inert gas can inhibit the low temperature oxidation of coal.Through the numerical comparison of the inhibition effect,the inhibition effect of CO_(2)at each temperature stage is better than that of N_(2).The research results are of great significance to guide the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in goaf.
