摘 要:聚丙烯(PP)的易燃性使其对环境和安全造成影响,开发环保且高效的无卤阻燃剂十分必要。Ⅱ型聚磷酸铵(APP)热稳定性差,因此需要对其进行改性研究。在不同温度下通过混合包覆制备新型磷系阻燃剂,评估其对PP材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:由Ⅱ型聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺与硅烷偶联剂KH560按照质量比3∶1∶0.01在200℃高混机混合60 min制备的阻燃剂,力学和阻燃性能最佳且稳定。该类材料的最大热释放率(MARHE)降低至249.96 kW/m^(2),热释放速率(HRR)降低至85.75 kW/m^(2),质量损失速率(MLR)降低至1.78 g/(s·m^(2)),总热释放热量(THR)降低至68.04 MJ/m^(2),总产烟量(TSP)降低至9.07 m^(2),引燃时间(TTI)延长至33 s。该类阻燃剂高效且环保,改性后PP材料满足阻燃行业标准要求。Polypropylene(PP)flammability poses an impact on the environment and safety,making the development of environmentally friendly and efficient halogen-free flame retardants essential.TypeⅡAmmonium polyphosphate(APP)has poor thermal stability,hence it needs for modification research.In this study,new phosphorus-based flame retardants were prepared by mixing and coating at different temperatures for the evaluation of their effects on the mechanical and flame-retardancy of PP materials.The results showed that the flame retardant prepared from typeⅡammonium polyphosphate,melamine and silane coupling agent KH560 according to the mass ratio of 3∶1∶0.01 mixed at 200℃for 60 min in a high mixer had the best and stable mechanical and flame retardancy.The maximum heat release rate(MARHE)of these materials was reduced to 249.96 kW/m^(2),the heat release rate(HRR)was reduced to 85.75 kW/m^(2),the mass loss rate(MLR)was reduced to 1.78 g/(s·m^(2)),the total heat release heat(THR)was reduced to 68.04 MJ/m^(2),the total smoke production(TSP)was reduced to 9.07 m^(2),and the time to ignition(TTI)was extended to 33 s.The flame retardant is highly efficient and environmentally friendly,and the modified PP material meets the requirements of flame retardant industry standards.
