摘 要:为得到兼备良好阻燃性能和力学性能的热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)复合材料,采用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)包覆改性聚磷酸铵(APP),以不同的添加量将其添加到TPU中,制备TPU复合材料。结果表明:PDMS包覆改性APP的加入能够显著提升TPU复合材料的阻燃性能和抑烟性能,同时促进TPU基体的降解炭化,达到保护基体和阻燃的目的,但PDMS包覆改性APP的加入对TPU复合材料的断裂伸长率造成负面影响。综合分析,建议添加质量分数15%的PDMS包覆改性APP,可在对TPU复合材料的力学性能未造成明显影响的情况下有效改善其阻燃性能。In order to obtain thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)composites with good flame retardancy and mechanical properties,polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)was coated with modified ammonium polyphosphate(APP)and added to TPU at different amounts to prepare TPU composites.The results show that the addition of PDMS coated modified APP can significantly improve the flame retardancy and smoke suppression performance of TPU composites,and promote the degradation and carbonization of TPU matrix to achieve the purpose of protecting the matrix and flame retardancy.However,the addition of PDMS coated modified APP has a negative impact on the elongation at break of TPU composites.Based on comprehensive analysis,it is recommended to add 15%mass fraction of PDMS coated modified APP to effectively improve the flame retardancy of TPU composites without significantly affecting their mechanical properties.
