摘  要:建立顶空-气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用法同时测定一次性输液器中55种溶剂的残留量的分析方法。采用顶空进样对输液器中55种溶剂的残留量进行筛查,样品经TG-624Sil MS(60 m×0.25 mm×1.4μm)色谱柱分离,以选择反应监测(SRM)模式对输液器中55种溶剂的残留量进行筛查,36 min内实现了55种溶剂的有效分离。55种目标化合物在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加标回收率为81.7%~111.7%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为0.37%~8.66%(n=6),检出限(LODs)为0.1~0.2μg/L。该方法简单、快捷、准确、高效,可用于一次性输液器中55种溶剂残留量的检测。An analytical method was established for the simultaneous determination of residual quantity of 55 solvent compounds in disposable infusion sets by headspace-gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).The headspace injection was used to screen the residual quantity of 55 solvent compounds in the infusion set,and the samples were separated on a TG-624Sil MS(60 m×0.25 mm×1.4μm)column,and the residual quantity of 55 solvent compounds in the infusion set were screened in selected reaction monitoring(SRM)mode,and the 55 solvent compounds were effectively separated within 36 min.The linearities were good in the respective concentration ranges,and the average spiked recoveries were 81.7%~111.7%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 0.37%~8.66%(n=6),and the limits of detection(LODs)were in the range of 0.1~0.2μg/L.The method is simple,fast,accurate and efficient,and it can be used for the determination of the residual quantity of the 55 solvent compounds in disposable infusion sets.
