摘  要:气体绝缘金属封闭开关(GIS)设备有着结构紧凑、占地面积小、检修周期长等优点,用起来安全、可靠。但由于变电站复杂的运行环境以及超长时间的运行,不可避免地会出现各种故障。一旦发生故障,不仅对周边设施造成严重损坏,还会引起无可估量的经济损失。对此,提出一种变电站GIS设备运行环境监控装置,以环境温湿度和六氟化硫(SF6)气体为监测对象,分析了装置的构成与检测原理,完成温、湿度探测模块、SF6气体浓度探测模块和集中控制器的硬件选型与设计,并进行装置功能设计与软件开发,实现在线监测运行环境,并对环境加以自动调节与控制。Gas-insulated switchgear(GIS)equipment has advantages such as compact structure,small footprint,long maintenance intervals,and is safe and reliable to use.However,due to the complex operating environment and prolonged operation of substations,various failures can inevitably occur.Once a failure happens,it not only causes serious damage to surrounding facilities but also results in immeasurable economic losses.To address this issue,a monitoring device for the operating environment of GIS equipment in substations is proposed,focusing on monitoring ambient temperature and humidity as well as sulfur hexafluoride(SF6)gas levels.The composition and detection principles of the device are analyzed,and hardware selection and design for the temperature and humidity detection module,SF6 gas concentration detection module,and centralized controller have been completed.Additionally,the functional design and software development of the device have been carried out,enabling online monitoring of the operating environment and automatic adjustment and control of the environment.
