摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,医院档案信息化已成为提高医院管理效率和提升服务质量的重要手段。与此同时,医院档案信息化赋能高质量发展也受技术、制度和价值逻辑等多重因素制约,在医院档案管理的实践工作中面临诸多困境。文章从医院档案信息化角度出发,梳理医院档案信息化赋能高质量发展的内在逻辑,分析医院档案信息化赋能高质量发展的困境,并探讨档案信息化赋能医院高质量发展的路径。With the rapid advancement of information technology,the informatization of hospital archives has become a crucial means to enhance hospital management efficiency and improve service quality.Meanwhile,the empowerment of high quality development through hospital archive informatization is constrained by multiple factors such as technology,systems,and value logic,posing numerous challenges in the practical work of hospital archive management.The paper examines the issue from the perspective of hospital archive informatization,elucidates the internal logic of how hospital archive informatization empowers high quality development,analyzes the challenges faced by this process,and explores the pathways for archive informatization to empower high quality development in hospitals.
