摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,基于互联网的项目管理模式已成为趋势。为降低系统中模型、视图和控制之间的耦合程度,文章提出一种基于B/S架构的项目管理信息系统。该系统通过保证项目的正确有序处理,实现项目管理信息系统的分层管理和监控。系统架构基于JavaEE技术,能在系统运行过程中提供全面、便捷的数据支持,保证科研项目的精准、规范运行。该系统主要针对项目管理人员、项目评估专家、项目管理部门和项目承办者设计,涵盖项目的立项、进度、结论和评估的全方位管理,从而提高机构的管理效率和管理效益。With the development of information technology,an Internet-based project management model has become a trend.To reduce the coupling degree between the model,view,and controller,this paper proposes a project management information system based on B/S architecture.This system ensures the correct and orderly processing of projects,thereby achieving hierarchical management and monitoring within the project management information system.The system architecture is based on JavaEE technology,providing comprehensive and convenient data support during system operation,ensuring precise and standardized operation of research projects.The system is primarily designed for project managers,project evaluation experts,project management departments,and project organizers,covering comprehensive management from project initiation to progress,conclusion,and evaluation,thereby improving the management efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
