摘　　要：城市规划总平面设计是城市规划设计中的一个重要内容,它直接关系到建筑设计理念、功能需求和美学需求的实现。一座优秀的民用建筑总体平面设计,应从整体性、可操作性、安全性、舒适度等多个角度来考虑,才能更好地满足使用者的需要。本文从设计原理、方法和技巧等几个方面,对我国民用建筑的总体平面设计作了较为详细的研究与分析。在此基础上,通过对已有设计实例的全面分析与研究,提出更为科学、高效的民用建筑总平面设计方案,为我国民用建筑的建设与发展提供技术支撑与借鉴。Urban planning general layout design is an important content in urban planning and design,and is directly related to the realization of architectural design concept,functional requirements and aesthetic needs.The general layout design of an excellent civil building should be considered from multiple perspectives such as integrity,operability,safety,and comfort,so as to better meet the needs of users.This paper makes a detailed study and analysis of the general layout design of civil buildings in China from several aspects such as design principles,methods and techniques.On this basis,through the comprehensive analysis and research of existing design examples,a more scientific and efficient general layout design scheme of civil buildings is proposed,which provides technical support and reference for the construction and development of civil buildings in China.
