摘 要:近年来传统能源短缺现象不断出现,节能环保理念的提出与相应技术的出现为各行各业提供了一个新的发展方向。建筑行业本身具有资金投入量大、资源消耗量大、周期较长等特点,因此,合理结合智能化设计与节能设计,将建筑优化为绿色建筑,能够提高建筑的综合收益,强化其后续使用性能成为推动建筑行业实现进一步发展的重要路径之一。本文旨在就相关问题展开探讨,为实践提供参考。In recent years,the shortage of traditional energy is continuously emerging,and the proposal of energy conservation and environmental protection concept and the emergence of corresponding technologies provide a new development direction for all fields.The construction industry itself has the characteristics of large capital investment,large resource consumption and long cycle.Therefore,the reasonable combination of intelligent design and energy-saving design to optimize the building into a green building can improve the comprehensive income of the building and strengthen its subsequent use performance,which becomes one of the important paths to promote the further development of the construction industry.This paper aims to discuss relevant issues and provide reference for practice.
