摘　　要：如今,各行各业为积极响应国家可持续发展战略号召,绿色、环保理念正日益受到社会各界的广泛关注。建筑企业若想实现持续稳定的长远发展,就必须在施工管理工作中坚守绿色发展理念,对现有管理方法进行持续的优化和完善。本文旨在深入探讨绿色建筑施工管理所面临的一些问题,并结合当下的实际情况提出切实有效的改进措施,为促进建筑行业进一步发展将更好的绿色环保设计理念融入具体的施工技术管理之中。At present,in order to actively respond to the call of national sustainable development strategy,the concept of green and environmental protection is increasingly attracting widespread attention from all walks of life.If construction enterprises want to achieve sustainable,stable,long-term development,they must adhere to the concept of green development in construction management and continuously optimize and improve the existing management methods.This paper aims to deeply discuss some problems in green building construction management,and put forward practical and effective improvement measures based on the current actual situation,so as to promote the further development of the construction industry and integrate better green and environmentally protective design concepts into specific construction technology management.
