基于施工阶段的工程造价动态控制探析

摘　　要：在工程施工阶段,管理人员采取有效措施,针对工程造价实际情况进行各项偏差的合理纠正,确保能够高效控制工程造价,严格控制资金投入,动态控制工程造价的有效落实。本文以施工阶段为切入点,分析了工程造价的定义和特点,结合施工阶段工程造价动态控制存在的问题,提出了具体的优化策略,包括提高工程设计质量、加强造价数据分析、强化项目合同管理、严格控制工程变更、细化施工现场管理和合理优化竣工结算。旨在形成一套合理的控制体系,以提高工程项目经济与社会效益。In the project construction stage,the management personnel take effective measures to reasonably correct various deviations according to the actual situation of project cost,so as to ensure the effective implementation of efficiently controlling the project cost,strictly control the capital investment,and dynamically control the project cost.This paper takes the construction stage as the starting point,analyzes the definition and characteristics of project cost,and puts forward specific optimization strategies based on the problems in dynamic control of project cost in the construction stage,including improve the project design quality,strengthen the cost data analysis,enhance the project contract management,strictly control the project change,refine the construction site management and reasonably optimize the completion settlement.It aims to form a set of reasonable control system to improve the economic and social benefits of the engineering project.
