摘　　要：本文以深圳福田中康安居房工程为研究对象,探讨了在监理工作中遇到的主要问题和挑战,并提出了有效的解决方案。通过对工程监理实践的分析,揭示了如何通过严格的监理流程、质量控制措施以及与各参与方的有效沟通协调,确保工程质量和进度符合预期目标。文章还强调了监理团队在提升专业能力、实施事前事后控制策略以及处理特殊情况等方面的创新做法。文章不仅为中康安居房工程的顺利实施提供了有力支持,也为未来类似项目的监理工作提供了宝贵的参考和借鉴。This article takes the Shenzhen Futian Zhongkang Affordable Housing Project as the research object,explores the main problems and challenges encountered in supervision work,and proposes effective solutions.Through the analysis of engineering supervision practices,this article reveals how to ensure that project quality and progress meet expected goals through strict supervision processes,quality control measures,and effective communication and coordination with all parties involved.This article also emphasizes the innovative practices of the supervision team in enhancing professional capabilities,implementing pre-and post-control strategies,and handling special situations.This article not only provides strong support for the smooth implementation of the Zhongkang Affordable Housing Project,but also provides valuable reference and inspiration for the supervision work of similar projects in the future.
