摘　　要：随着城市化进程的迅猛推进,城市街道两侧的建筑因建造年代差异而显得参差不齐,许多旧建筑因岁月侵蚀而显得破旧不堪,甚至部分已被废弃。为了重塑城市面貌,提升街道景观质量,对沿街旧建筑的外立面进行改造显得尤为重要。本文深入探讨了城市沿街旧建筑外立面改造的技术与方法,旨在通过科学的改造手段,使这些建筑焕发新生,与城市整体风貌相协调,进而为市民营造更加美观、宜居的城市环境。With the rapid advancement of urbanization process,the buildings on both sides of the urban street appear uneven due to the difference in construction age,and many old buildings appear dilapidated due to the erosion of time,or even some buildings have been abandoned.In order to reshape the urban landscape and improve the streetscape quality,it is particularly important to renovate the facades of street-side old buildings.This paper deeply discusses the technology and methods of facade renovation of urban street-side old buildings,aiming to rejuvenate these buildings through scientific renovation methods,coordinate with the overall city scene,and accordingly create a more beautiful and livable urban environment for citizens.
