摘  要:坪山新能源汽车产业园区1-3栋项目采用钢框架结构+预应力空心板+预制外墙+预制楼梯的设计结构,各栋塔楼主体结构层高高、跨度大、荷载重,项目团队及公司技术团队成立专项课题研究小组,通过以往的施工经验以及装配式思维,从施工的角度研究提高大跨度空心楼板的施工效率,压缩整层楼板的整体施工时间、提高空心板施工的工艺质量水平。Buildings 1-3 project in Pingshan New Energy Automobile Industrial Park adopts the design structure of steel frame structure+prestressed hollow slab+prefabricated exterior wall+prefabricated staircase,the main structure of each tower building has high story height,large span and heavy load,the project team and the company's technical team set up a special research team.Based on previous construction experience and prefabricated thinking,from the perspective of construction,the construction efficiency of large-span hollow floor is improved,the overall construction time of the whole floor is compressed,and the process quality level of hollow slab construction is improved.
