摘　　要：本文深刻探讨生态建造方法在居住区发展计划中的运用,评估其财经价值、生态价值以及对社群的益处,细致地整理了生态建设技术的定义、种类及其在全球范围内的实施情况。深入研究了该方法在居住区建设不同环节的运用方案并针对遇到的技术性、政策性、市场性以及文化性难题,提出了适宜的解决办法。生态建造方法可以明显增强居住区开发的生态亲和力及其市场的竞争优势,对于促进建筑领域的持久进步扮演着关键角色。This paper deeply explores the application of ecological construction methods in residential area development plans,evaluates the financial value,ecological value and benefits to communities,and carefully sorts out the definition,types and global implementation of ecological construction technology.This paper deeply studies the application scheme of this method in different links of residential area construction,and proposes appropriate solutions for the technical,policy,market and cultural problems encountered.Ecological construction methods can significantly enhance the ecological affinity of residential area development and its competitive advantage in the market,and play a key role in promoting lasting progress in the field of construction.
