摘 要:本文旨在分析房屋建筑地下室渗漏的主要原因,并提出有效的防治措施,以提升地下室的防水性能,延长建筑物的使用寿命。通过对地下室渗漏现象的研究,结合设计、施工、材料老化及地下水位等因素进行分析,归纳出主要的渗漏原因。同时,基于已有的防水技术与工程实践,提出了多角度的防治策略。研究表明,为了有效降低地下室渗漏的发生率,应从设计阶段、施工过程及长期维护等方面着手,通过综合治理措施提高防水系统的整体性能,保障建筑的稳定性。This paper aims to analyze the main causes of basement leakage in housing buildings,and propose effective prevention and control measures to improve the waterproof performance of basements and prolong the service life of buildings.Through the study of basement leakage,combined with the analysis of design,construction,material aging,groundwater level and other factors,the main causes of leakage are summarized.At the same time,based on the existing waterproof technology and engineering practice,a multi-angle prevention and control strategy is proposed.The research shows that,in order to effectively reduce the incidence of basement leakage,it is necessary to focus on the design stage,construction process and long-term maintenance,improve the overall performance of the waterproof system and ensure the stability of the buildings through comprehensive treatment measures.
