摘　　要：在社会经济不断发展的今天,国民对于居住环境的要求逐渐提高,也就意味着建筑行业需要不断创新的建筑设计方案,运用更先进的建筑材料,实现生态环保,舒适宜居的室内建筑,满足国民的美好生活需求。本文将主要围绕舒适优先的设计方案创新、新型建筑材料的灵活运用、废旧材料的合理利用三方面展开论述。另外,针对建筑材料在实际施工时的要点分析展开论述,通过各环节努力,打造符合新时代需求的建筑。At present,with the continuous development of society and economy,the people's requirements for the living environment are gradually increasing,which means that the construction industry needs to continuously innovate architectural design schemes,use more advanced building materials,realize ecological,environmental protective,comfortable and livable indoor buildings,and meet the people's needs for a better life.This paper will discuss three aspects:the innovation of design schemes that prioritize comfort,the flexible use of new building materials,and the rational utilization of waste materials.In addition,this paper will analyze the key points of building materials during actual construction,which strive to create buildings that meet the needs of the new era through efforts in each process.
