摘  要:中国先进研究堆(CARR)应急供电系统是为保障核反应堆的安全目标和运行目标而设置的重要系统,而1E级UPS是应急供电系统的核心设备,为了满足后续中国先进研究堆持续长时间安全稳定运行的要求,对UPS设备提出了升级优化要求。通过对UPS元件升级、增加防人因工具、优化风冷控制系统、优化变压器性能等方面提高应急供电系统的可靠性,使UPS能向安全系统有关设备提供充足的、质量合格的电力,为反应堆后续长期安全稳定运行夯实基础。The emergency power supply system of China Advanced Research Reactor(CARR)is an important system established to ensure the safety objective and operation objective of nuclear reactors,and Class 1E UPS is the core equipment of the emergency power supply system.In order to meet the requirements of subsequent durable,long-term,safe and stable operation of CARR,the UPS equipment should be upgraded and optimized.By upgrading UPS components,adding anti-human factors tools,optimizing the air-cooled control system,optimizing the performance of transformers,etc.,the reliability of the emergency power supply system is improved,so that the UPS can provide sufficient and qualified electric power to the relevant equipment of the safety system,and lay a solid foundation for subsequent long-term,safe and stable operation of the reactor.
