文山烟叶不同部位、产地、颜色对烟叶烟碱值的影响分析

摘　　要：本文通过对云南省文山壮族苗族自治州烟区烟叶不同部位、产地、颜色对烟叶烟碱值影响的分析,以期为云南烟叶复烤有限责任公司初烟收储、分选、复烤加工和提高均质化加工能力提供依据。实验采用控制变量法对文山州收储的初烟进行抽样。通过对2016年、2017年两个烤季的烟叶进行取样、检测、分析,发现文山烤烟烟叶着生部位从下至上,烟叶烟碱值呈上升趋势;文山不同烟区烟叶烟碱值不同,砚山县与广南县烟叶烟碱值基本相同,丘北县烟叶烟碱值普遍低于砚山县和广南县;文山烤烟烟叶从浅黄、正黄、金黄、深黄,颜色依次递增,烟叶烟碱值也依次递增。In this paper,the influence of different parts,places of origin and colors of tobacco leaves on nicotine value of tobacco leaves in Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province is analyzed,hoping to provide the basis for flue-cured tobacco purchasing,storage,sorting and redrying processing of Yunnan Tobacco Redrying Co.,Ltd.,and improve the homogenization processing capacity.In the experiment,the control variable method is used to sample the flue-cured tobacco purchased and stored in Wenshan Prefecture.Through sampling,testing and analysis of tobacco leaves in two redrying seasons,2016 and 2017,it is found that the nicotine value of tobacco leaves increased with the rising of fluecured tobacco leaves position from bottom to top;nicotine value of tobacco leaves was different in different tobacco areas of Wenshan,the nicotine value of tobacco leaves in Yanshan county and Guangnan county was basically the same,but the nicotine value of tobacco leaves in Qiubei county was generally lower than that in Yanshan county and Guangnan county;the color of tobacco leaves of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Wenshan deepened successively in an order of light yellow,normal yellow,golden yellow and dark yellow,and the nicotine value of tobacco leaves also increased successively.
