摘　　要：高速公路劳务工人实名制是建筑行业信息化监管的一项重大管理创新。在信息技术飞速发展的形势下,如何实现信息化与高速公路劳务管理的有效结合是当前高速公路管理领域需重点考虑的一个问题。高速公路劳务管理信息化本身属于一项非常复杂的系统性工程,其不仅涉及数据的统计收集,而且也与劳务管理问题解决和劳务关系改善存在直接关系。基于此,文章从我国劳务信息化建设存在的问题入手,通过对某高速公路公司劳务信息化建设案例的分析,探讨了关于劳务管理系统信息化建设的一些问题,以供参考。The real-name system of highway labor workers is a major management innovation in the informatization supervision of construction industry.Under the situation of rapid development of information technology,how to realize the effective combination of informatization and highway labor management is a key issue to be considered in the field of highway management.The informatization of highway labor management itself is a very complex systematic project,which not only involves the statistics and collection of data,but also has a direct relationship with the solution of labor management problems and the improvement of labor relations.Based on this condition,this paper firstly introduces the problems in the construction of labor informatization in China,and then discusses some problems in the informatization construction of labor management system through the case analysis of labor informatization construction of a highway company,for reference.
