输配电价改革背景下设备资产管理的信息化路径探索

摘　　要：本文探讨在输配电价改革背景下,设备资产管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的信息化解决路径。针对设备资产管理中账卡物多头管理衔接不畅、设备资产利用效率不充分和设备物资管理、割裂管理缺乏统筹等问题,本文提出数据挖掘与精准研判下的投资赋能以及备品备件的信息共享平台构建的解决方案,旨在为电力传输和配电系统的安全、可靠和高效运营提供有益支持。This paper discusses the problems in equipment asset management in the context of power transmission and distribution price reform,and proposes the corresponding informatization solution path.In order to solve the problems of poor connection in multiple managements of account,cards and materials,insufficient utilization efficiency of equipment assets,and lack of overall planning of equipment and material management and fragmentation management in equipment asset management,this paper proposes a solution for investment empowerment under data mining and precise judgment and the construction of an information sharing platform for spare parts,aiming to provide useful support for the safe,reliable and efficient operation of power transmission and distribution systems.
