电力变压器铝箔绕组的研究与仿真分析

摘  要:低压采用铝箔式绕组的变压器具有涡流损耗较高的特点。目前,工程设计中尚没有准确的体系公式计算涡流损耗,可能会带来低压损耗高于标准要求,甚至造成低压温升过高,影响变压器的整体寿命。为解决此问题,本文作者首先通过有限元仿真COMSOL软件,对低压铝箔式绕组进行电磁仿真分析,得出铝箔端部受横向磁密及集肤效应的作用,涡流损耗最大,容易出现局部过热的结论。然后,使用现有的试验数据集,采用多元线性拟合的方法,借用cftool拟合工具拟合铝箔宽度、厚度、匝数与涡流损耗百分数的关系。最后,使用2组试验数据验证拟合函数,标准绝对误差在1%内。研究成果有利于提高实际工程中箔绕变压器损耗计算的准确度,提升变压器运行的可靠性。Low voltage aluminum foil wound transformer,the main disadvantage is the high eddy current loss.Currently,there is no mature system formula for calculating eddy current loss in engineering calculations,which may lead to higher than standard low voltage loss and even cause excessive low voltage temperature rise,affecting the overall life of the transformer.To solve this problem,considering that the leakage flux density and skin effect are the main factors affecting eddy current,this article first uses finite element simulation COMSOL to conduct electromagnetic simulation analysis of the low voltage aluminum foil wound transformer,and concludes that the eddy current loss is maximum at the aluminum foil end due to lateral magnetic density and skin effect,which may cause local overheating.Then,using existing experimental data sets,this article uses multiple linear regression to fit the relationship between aluminum foil width,thickness,turns,and eddy current loss percentage using the cftool ftting tool.Finally,two sets of experimental data are used to validate the ftted function,and the standard absolute error is within 1%.This is beneficial for calculating the loss of aluminum foil wound transformers in practical engineering and improving the reliability of transformer operation.
