摘 要:随着新能源产业的兴起,发电装机及变压设备逐步趋向大容量,设计密闭式变压设备散热问题已成了需要不断革新的关键技术,只有高性能、合理的创新设计才能确保新能源发电和输电向大容量推进。鉴于此,通过匹配智能式的温控开关模块,采用梯度温度阈值和按需求切换的设计理念,完成循环切换散热目的。其主要应用在电气设备技术领域,特别适用于封闭式结构能量转换、输送的变压器其本体产生的大量热能的外散技术需求,尤其体现在不同内部环境温度条件下实现自动切换循环散热且可智能式保持室内温度匹配变压器运行。With the rise of the new energy industry,power generation and transformer equipment are gradually moving towards large capacity.The heat dissipation problem of transformer equipment with enclosed enclosures has become a key technology that needs continuous innovation.Only high-performance and reasonable innovative designs can ensure the promotion of new energy generation and transmission towards large capacity.In view of this,By matching intelligent temperature control switch modules,the design concept of graded temperature threshold and on-demand switching achieves the purpose of cyclic switching for heat dissipation.It is mainly applied in the field of electrical equipment technology,especially suitable for the external heat dissipation technology requirements of enclosed structure energy conversion and transmission transformers,which generate a large amount of heat energy.It is particularly reflected in achieving self switching circulation heat dissipation under different internal environmental temperature conditions,and itelligently maintaining indoor temperature matching transformer operation.
