摘  要:本文作者针对一起220kV变压器由于110kV线路侧永久接地故障导致重合闸不成功,变压器差动保护与重瓦斯保护动作而跳闸进行故障原因分析。通过故障后试验与返厂解体检查,认为故障原因是低压引线铜排绝缘夹持件固定穿心螺杆强度不足,在故障冲击下C相低压引出线左侧一处固定穿心螺杆发生断裂,导致引线铜排发生相对地和相间短路故障。结合本次故障,提出了变压器引线铜排夹持件固定的增强措施。This paper analyzes the failure cause of a 220kV transformer that failed to reclose due to permanent grounding fault at 110kV line side,and the transformer differential protection and heavy gas protection tripped.Through the electrical test after the fault and the disassembly inspection after returning to the factory,It is believed that the cause of the fault is that the fixing through bolt of the insulation clamping part of the low-voltage lead copper bar has broken before this fault,the clamping part has moved,the freedom of the C-phase connector is too large,and the short circuit fault to ground and phase to phase occurs under the fault current of this line.In combination with this fault,the results of disassembly can provide a reference for the fixing of the copper bar clamp of the transformer lead.
