摘 要:氢能是用能终端实现绿色低碳转型的重要载体,为保障氢能产业安全高质量发展,各种氢泄漏检测技术得到发展。三氧化钨(WO_(3))是氢敏变色泄漏检测技术最常用的变色材料,着重论述了WO_(3)氢敏变色材料的制备方法,并对不同制备方法下WO_(3)氢敏变色性能进行了对比分析。此外,还提出应围绕氢敏材料着色和漂白程度、响应时间和速率、恢复时间和速率、稳定性和可重复性等指标建立氢敏变色性能量化表征测试标准,推动氢敏变色材料的性能评估及工业应用。最后对WO_(3)氢敏变色材料及氢泄漏检测技术未来研究重点进行了展望。Hydrogen energy is an important carrier to achieve green and low-carbon transformation with energy terminals.In order to ensure the safe and high-quality development of the hydrogen energy industry,various hydrogen leak detection technologies have been developed.Tungsten trioxide(WO_(3))is the most commonly used color-changing material for hydrochromic leakage detection.The preparation methods of WO_(3) hydrochromic materials were discussed,and the properties of WO_(3) hydrochromic materials under different preparation methods were compared and analyzed.In addition,it was suggested that a quantitative characterization test standard should be established around the indexes such as coloring and bleaching degree,response time and rate,recovery time and rate,stability and repeatability of hydrogen sensitive color-changing materials,so as to promote the performance evaluation and industrial application of hydrogen sensitive color-changing materials.Finally,the future research focus of WO_(3) hydrochromic materials and hydrogen leakage detection technology was prospected.
