摘 要:针对储罐呼吸阀阀盘动作频繁、密封预压力低对高效密封材料的特定需求,使用过氧化物硫化剂硫化制备改性氟橡胶(FKM)材料,并与聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)模压制备了呼吸阀密封用复合膜片,实验研究了填充剂对改性氟橡胶力学性能及其密封性能的影响,结果表明,填充剂加量增加,提升了氟橡胶材料的硬度、拉伸强度、扯断永久变形与耐老化性能;进行复合膜片负重静置24 h及呼吸阀起跳动作5000次后密封性能测试,结果表明,每100份橡胶中填充剂所占的份数(phr)为24时,复合膜片的密封性能最佳。In view of the specific requirements of efficient sealing materials for the tank breathing valve with frequent action and low sealing pre-pressure,modified fluoroprene(FKM)material was vulcanized with peroxide vulcanizing agent,and the composite diaphragm for sealing of the breathing valve was prepared by molding with polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE).The effects of filler on the mechanical properties and sealing properties of the modified fluoroprene were investigated.The results showed that the hardness,tensile strength,tear deformation and aging resistance of the fluororubber were improved with the increase of filler dosage.The sealing performance of the composite diaphragm was tested after 24 h of loading and 5000 times of take-off action of the breathing valve.The results showed that the sealing performance of the composite diaphragm was the best when the the proportion(phr)of the filler in every 100 parts of rubber was 24.
