摘  要:焊接工艺参数选择正确与否,直接关系到企业产品的质量和生产效率。论文通过解决本企业产品吊挂拉边器横梁和过渡辊台水包在焊接过程中出现的焊接变形等问题,使产品的质量和工作效率实现大幅提高,事实证明了焊接工艺参数选择正确与否直接影响到产品的质量及生产效率的结论。The correct selection of welding process parameters is directly related to the quality and production efficiency of enterprise products.This article addresses the welding deformation issues that occurred during the welding process of the hanging edge puller crossbeam and the water cooler of the lift-out roller in our enterprise's products,resulting in significant improvements in product quality and work efficiency.The facts prove that the correct selection of welding process parameters directly affects the quality and production efficiency of products.
