摘  要:样品来自甘肃某地石英岩矿,经破碎至最大颗粒度为3.2mm后,SiO_(2)含量99.10%,Al_(2)O_(3)含量0.26%,Fe_(2)O_(3)含量0.20%,含有大量的表皮浸染铁。采用磁选、浮选或深度提纯等工艺后最终可以制得SiO_(2)99.80%,Al_(2)O_(3)0.014%,Fe_(2)O_(3)0.0051%的光伏低铁石英砂,实现了石英砂的高值化利用,为企业节约了生产成本。The sample comes from a quartzite mine in Gansu Province.After crushing to a maximum particle size of 3.2 mm,the SiO_(2)content is 99.10%,Al_(2)O_(3)content is 0.26%,Fe_(2)O_(3)content is 0.20%,and with a significant amount of epidermal disseminated iron.Through processes such as magnetic separation,flotation,or deep purification,it is possible to ultimately produce photovoltaic low-iron quartz sand with 99.80%SiO_(2),0.014%Al_(2)O_(3),and 0.0051%Fe_(2)O_(3),achieving high-value utilization of quartz sand and saving production costs for enterprises.
