摘  要:为探讨田西高速公路沥青路面出现早期车辙的根本原因,针对出现车辙的部位进行钻芯取样,并开展车辙变形分布、压实状态、油石比、级配、红外光谱等方面的试验分析。通过试验发现,车辙病害主要集中在中上面层,产生车辙的主要原因是油石比偏大、级配偏细、沥青材料品质较差。因此,对于气温高、重载车流量大等预期容易产生车辙的路面工程,在施工过程中应重点加强对沥青品质的严格控制,确保原材料合格,并合理选择油石比和级配,尽可能避免车辙的产生。In order to explore the fundamental causes of rutting on asphalt pavement of Tianxi Expressway,core samples were taken from the affected areas,and experimental analysis was conducted on rutting deformation distribution,compaction status,oil stone ratio,gradation,infrared spectroscopy,and other aspects.Through experiments,it was found that rutting diseases are mainly concentrated in the middle and upper layers,and the main reasons for rutting are due to multiple factors such as a high oil stone ratio,fine gradation,and poor quality of asphalt materials.Therefore,during the construction process,the quality of asphalt should be strictly controlled.The oil stone ratio and aggregate grading should be reasonably selected to fundamentally avoid the formation of rutting.
