摘 要:河湖生态流量对于控制、优化配置水资源,实施河湖生态修复,协调区域间涉水事务等,具有十分重要的作用。本文以江门水道(新会段)为例,综合考虑河道实际情况和监控能力确定生态流量控制断面,通过湿周-曲率法计算各断面最小生态需水量。根据河道生态需求和保障程度,确定了江门水道(新会段)的调度方案、控制断面监测预警、生态流量责任主体和生态流量保障目标。The ecological flow of rivers and lakes plays a crucial role in controlling and optimizing the allocation of water resources,implementing ecological restoration of rivers and lakes,and coordinating water-related affairs between regions.Taking the Jiangmen Waterway(Xinhui Section)as an example,this paper comprehensively considers the actual situation of the watercourse and monitoring capabilities to determine the control section for ecological flow,and calculates the minimum ecological water demand for each section using the wetted perimeter-curvature method.Based on the ecological needs of the watercourse and the level of assurance required,the scheduling plan,control section monitoring and warning,responsible entities for ecological flow,and ecological flow assurance targets for the Jiangmen Waterway(Xinhui Section)have been determined.
