摘 要:再生水灌溉是缓解农业水资源短缺的重要措施,然而再生水中内分泌干扰物的健康风险尚不清晰。本研究采用盆栽试验,研究了双酚A和壬基酚在土壤-玉米系统中的累积和转运规律,评价了双酚A和壬基酚对玉米的根系性状和玉米产量的影响。结果表明:(1)土壤和玉米植株中双酚A和壬基酚的含量随着初始浓度的增加而增加。玉米根系中双酚A和壬基酚含量高于茎和叶,根系中双酚A和壬基酚分别为0.05~0.16 mg/kg和0.33~1.13 mg/kg。(2)较高浓度处理对玉米根系和产量指标有明显的抑制作用,分别对根长、根体积、根表面积、穗粗、穗长和百粒重存在抑制作用。(3)双酚A和壬基酚在玉米各组织中转运能力较弱,双酚A和壬基酚的转运系数大多都小于1。Reclaimed water irrigation is an important measure to alleviate water scarcity in agriculture.However,the health risks of endocrine disruptors in reclaimed water are unclear.In this study,we investigated the accumulation and transport patterns of nonylphenol and bisphenol A in the soil-corn system using a pot experiment.We evaluated the effects of nonylphenol and bisphenol A on root characteristics and maize yield.The results show that 1)the levels of nonylphenol and bisphenol A in soil and maize plants increased with initial concentration.The levels of nonylphenol and bisphenol A in the root system of maize are higher than those in the stems and leaves,and the levels of nonylphenol and bisphenol A in the root system range from 0.0450 to 0.1575 mg kg and from 0.3344 to 1.1344 mg kg,respectively.2)The treatments at higher concentrations has significant inhibitory effects on maize root and yield indices,and there are inhibitory effects on root length,root volume,root surface area,cob thickness,cob length,and 100 kernel weight,respectively.3)Bisphenol A and nonylphenol have weak transport capacity in various tissues of maize,and the transport coefficients of bisphenol A and nonylphenol are mostly less than 1.
