摘 要:采用次氯酸盐氧化法建立了高铁酸盐的制备工艺,探讨了铁盐种类、反应时间、反应温度、原料配比、补加碱量对制备高铁酸盐产率和纯度的影响。结果表明:采用Fe(NO3)3作为铁盐,在反应温度20℃、反应时间为75 min、Fe3+和NaClO摩尔比为0.2∶1.0的条件下,高铁酸盐的产率和纯度分别为38.2%和88.7%,补加碱量对高铁酸盐产率和纯度没有明显影响。采用紫外-可见吸收光谱和红外光谱等分析手段对产物进行表征,结果表明该产物是目标物-高铁酸钾。The process of ferrate preparation was established by hypochlorite oxidation.The effects of ferrate type,reaction time,reaction temperature,raw material ratio and alkali addition on the yield and purity of ferrate preparation were discussed.The results show that the yield and purity of ferrate are 38.2%and 88.7%,respectively,when the reaction temperature is 20℃,the reaction time is 75 min,and the molar ratio of Fe3+to NaClO is 0.2∶1.0.The addition of base has no obvious effect on the yield and purity of ferrate.The product was characterized by UV-VIS absorption spectrum and infrared spectrum.The results showed that the product was potassium ferrate.
