摘 要:针对弹药箱以穿别针方式封箱的生产效率较低和主要以人工操作为主的问题,设计了一款自动穿别针专用装置。利用滑轨和舵机来完成别针孔定位、穿别针和卡别针操作。通过分析基本的操作步骤,将整个穿别针步骤划分为4个阶段,实现各个阶段的功能并将其有机衔接,最终实现弹药箱自动化穿别针。分析该专机的机械机构设计部分,经过数字化建模和计算,结果表明,该机械机构完全可以实现弹药箱的穿别针功能。A targeted automatic pin-piercing sealing device has been designed to address the issues of low-production efficiency and mainly manual operation in sealing ammunition boxes using pin-piercing methods.Use slide rails and servos to complete pin hole positioning,pin-piercing,and pin locking operations.By analyzing the basic operational steps,the entire process of pin-piercing is divided into four stages,and the functions of each stage are organically connected,ultimately achieving automated threading of ammunition boxes.This paper mainly analyzes the mechanical mechanism design part of the special aircraft.After digital modeling and simulation of its model,the results show that the mechanical mechanism can fully achieve the pin-piercing function of the ammunition box.
