摘 要:由于负荷曲线和新能源出力具有波动属性,导致对发电消纳状态的预警效果难以达到保障,为此,提出基于交换功率的新能源发电消纳预警研究。以典型日负荷分布为基础,分别计算了在日负荷高峰时段和日负荷低谷时段,以及对应的新能源出力状态,基于交换功率构建新能源发电机组充/放电容量预测模型,结合峰值和谷值负荷与发电机组出力之间的匹配关系,确定新能源机组的发电消纳,并将其与具体的管理要求进行比较,作出相应的预警反馈。结果显示,实际消纳达到预警值的时间点与设计方法预警结果一致。Due to the fluctuating nature of load curves and new energy output,it is difficult to guarantee the early warning effect of power generation and consumption status.Therefore,a new energy generation and consumption warning research based on exchange power is proposed.Based on the typical daily load distribution,the peak and valley periods of daily load,as well as the corresponding new energy output status,were calculated separately.A new energy generator set charge/discharge capacity prediction model was constructed based on the exchange power.Combined with the matching relationship between peak and valley loads and generator set output,the generation and consumption of new energy units were determined,and compared with specific management requirements to make corresponding warning feedback.The results show that the time point when the actual consumption reaches the warning value is consistent with the warning result of the design method.
