摘  要:在某110 kV智能变电站新增110 kV备用电源自动投入装置的二次调试工作中,遇到了断开组网光纤后,采用数字继保测试仪“一对一”的调试方法无法完整有效地验证其逻辑与跳合闸等功能正确性的问题。针对该问题,采用了基于试验专用网络的多间隔二次调试方法,在保证二次安全措施完备的情况下,对该智能变电站的备自投等相关装置进行了多间隔联合调试工作。经现场检验,该方法完整可靠,为其他现场的类似问题提供了参考方案。During the secondary debugging of the newly added automatic input device for backup power supply of 110 kV in a 110 kV smart substation,the"one to one"debugging method of digital relay tester failed to fully and effectively verify the correctness of itslogic,tripping and closing functions after the network fiber was disconnected.To solve this problem,this paper adopts the multi-interval secondary debugging method based on the experimental dedicated network.Under the condition of ensuring the completion of secondary security measures,the multi-interval joint debugging work is carried out on the standby self-switching and other related devices of the smart substation.It is proved that the method is complete and reliable and provides a reference scheme for similar problems in other fields.
