基于潮流仿真计算的220 kV变电站停电方案研究

摘  要:若220 kV变电站计划停电,则需要提前进行潮流仿真计算,以便判断周边电网是否存在线路过流或变电站重载等问题,制定相对应的应对措施,调整运行方式,安排负荷转供。尤其是针对周边电网存在的薄弱环节,如何合理安排停电施工的正确时序成为研究重点。以220 kV的A站为例,通过分析其停电时周边线路的潮流情况、短路电流情况,合理安排停电时间,以确保电网的安全稳定运行和用户的用电可靠。If the 220 kV substation is planned to be blacked out,it is necessary to carry out power flow simulation calculations in advance,so as to judge whether there are problems such as line overcurrent or substation heavy load in the neighbouring grid,formulate corresponding countermeasures,adjust the operation mode,and arrange for load transferring and supplying.Especially for the weak links in the neighbouring grid,how to reasonably arrange the correct timing of power outage construction becomes the focus of research.Taking 220 kV station A as an example,by analysing the power flow and short-circuit current situation of the peripheral lines during its outage,the outage time is reasonably arranged to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid and the reliability of users′power consumption.
