摘  要:本文以新型基础测绘北京试点的实际工作为出发点,从基础地理信息要素数据转换生产地理实体数据与山区重要地理实体数据采集两方面介绍了北京试点生产地理实体的关键技术方法。本文重点介绍了山区重要地理实体数据采集方法中的基于三维(3D)立体采编采集地理实体与基于航空影像立体采集地理实体,并在此基础上对采用上述方法采集的地理实体精度进行精度验证,分析所用方法的特点与优势,为全国新型基础测绘建设提供可借鉴的经验和成果。This paper took the practical work of the new basic surveying and mapping pilot project in Beijing as the starting point and introduced the key technical methods for the production of geographical entities in Beijing’s pilot project from two aspects:the conversion of basic geographic information element data into the production of geographical entity data and the data collection of important geographical entities in mountainous areas.This paper focused on the methods of data collection for important geographical entities in mountainous areas,including three-dimensional(3D)stereo editing-based geographical entity data collection and aerial image stereo-based geographical entity data collection.On this basis,the accuracy of the geographic entities collected by the above methods was verified,and the characteristics and advantages of the methods used were analyzed,providing valuable experience and achievements for the construction of new basic surveying and mapping in China.
