摘　　要：正确处理城乡关系是推进中国式现代化的重要工作。当前,在推进中国式现代化的过程中,我国城乡关系面临三个方面的变动与挑战:一是农村居民进城带来的城镇规模扩大和形态变化;二是乡村要素流动带来的“三农”面貌巨变;三是城镇与乡村的整体格局变化。在这种动态格局中,促进城乡融合发展既要超越线性城镇化思维,也要摒弃乡村孤立建设思维,要将城镇化推进与乡村建设放在一起考虑,释放城镇与乡村在现代社会中的差异化功能,实现城乡功能互补。Correctly dealing with the relationship between urban and rural areas is an important work to promote Chinese-style modernization.At present,in the process of promoting Chinese-style modernization,the relationship between urban and rural areas in China is facing three changes and challenges:The first is the expansion of the scale of urban areas and the change of urban form brought about by farmer immigrants in cities;The second is the great change of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"brought about by the flow of rural elements;and the third is the change of the overall pattern of towns and villages.In this dynamic pattern,to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,it is important to not only go beyond the linear urbanization thinking,but also abandon the thinking of isolated rural construction.And therefore,it is necessary to consider the promotion of urbanization and rural construction together,release the differentiated functions of towns and villages in modern society,and realize the complementarity of urban and rural functions.
