摘　　要：美国2024年总统选举是在美国政治极化严重、深度卷入乌克兰危机和中东乱局的背景下进行的。美国民主、共和两党通过“司法武器化”等手段激烈竞争,哈里斯与特朗普围绕美国经济、移民等国内议题和是否应继续援助乌克兰对抗俄罗斯、如何处理巴以冲突等外交议题进行辩论。美国维护霸权的目标和聚焦大国竞争的国家安全战略决定了美国外交的基本特征。经过激烈竞争,特朗普赢得总统选举,未来“美国优先”的外交政策将对大国关系、热点问题和国际格局的走势产生重大影响。The 2024 presidential election in the United States took place against the backdrop of severe political polarization in the United States,and its deep involvement in the Ukraine crisis and the Middle East chaos.In the fierce competition between the Democratic and Republican parties in the United States through"judicial weaponization"and other means,Kamala Harris and Donald Trump debated on domestic issues such as the US economy,immigration and whether to continue to aid Ukraine against Russia,how to deal with the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and other diplomatic issues.The goal of maintaining hegemony and the national security strategy focusing on great power competition determine the basic characteristics of the US diplomacy.After the fierce competition,Trump won the presidential election,In the future,the future"America First"foreign policy will have a significant impact on the relationship between major powers,hot issues and the trend of international patterns.
