摘  要:探究调控黑籽南瓜的生长发育所需的光照条件,明确其在北方地区完成繁育所需要的光周期时间,便于其在不同区域尤其是在北方地区南瓜的遗传改良和育种利用。对黑籽南瓜幼苗采用不同光周期处理,研究其对壮苗指数、根冠比、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素含量及后期开花习性等方面的影响。结果表明,长日照16 h对照组黑籽南瓜壮苗指数最高,短日照8 h 30 d处理下可溶性蛋白含量最高,短日照8 h 20 d处理显著提高叶绿素含量,中日照12 h 20 d处理促进黑籽南瓜雌花和雄花的发育。综上,长日照有利于培育黑籽南瓜壮苗,中、短日照则有利于黑籽南瓜花器官形成和发育,以每天光照12 h处理20 d最优。To investigate the light conditions required for the growth and development of Cucurbita ficifolia.and clarify the photoperiod required for its reproduction in northern regions,this study aims to facilitate its genetic improvement and breeding utilization in different regions,especially in northern regions.In this study,different photoperiod treatments were applied to C.ficifolia seedlings to investigate their effects on the strong seedling index,root-to-shoot ratio,soluble protein content,chlorophyll content,and late flowering habits.The results showed that the C.ficifolia seedlings in the 16 h long-day group had the highest strong seedling index.The soluble protein content was highest in short-day treatment of 8 h and 30 d.Short day treatment of 8 h and 20 d significantly increased the chlorophyll content,medium day treatment of 12 h and 20 d promoted the development of female and male flowers of C.ficifolia.In summary,long-day treatment is beneficial for cultivating strong seedlings of C.ficifolia,while middle-day and short-day treatments are beneficial for the formation and development of the flower organs.The optimal treatment is 12 h of light per day for 20 d.
