摘　　要：《针灸甲乙经》是现存最早、最为完备的针灸学专著,受到了历代医家的推崇,亦是最早将妇科疾病单独成篇的古籍。月经病是妇科疾病中最常见的一类疾病,该类疾病症状广泛且迁延,治疗难度大。全书论述月经病的条文内容详细,取穴明确,治疗具有特色。故文章的对于《针灸甲乙经》中月经病的针灸选穴及治疗特点进行分析,通过整理相关条文进行归纳总结,为临床针灸治疗月经病提供思路及参考。The Acupuncture and Moxibustion Classic is the earliest and most complete acupuncture monograph in existence.It has been highly praised by doctors of all dynasties and is also the earliest ancient book to have gynecologi-cal diseases as a separate chapter.Menstrual disorders are the most common type of gynecological diseases.The symptoms of this type of disease are extensive and prolonged,and the treatment is difficult.The articles in the book discussing menstrual disorders are detailed,the acupoint are clear,and the treatment is distinctive.Therefore,this article analyzes the acupoint selection and treatment characteristics of menstrual disorders in the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Classic,summarizes the relevant articles,and provides ideas and references for the clinical acupuncture treatment of menstrual disorders.
