摘　　要：张锡纯在《医学衷中参西录》中应用黄芪灵活广泛,且有独特的用药经验,其中于女科病证中应用最多,故深入挖掘黄芪之功效在其中的作用。黄芪补气兼能升气,善治胸中大气下陷,可治倒经、月经过少;主大风,可治产后受风发搐;善利小便,可治产后小便不通;其升补之力,善治流产崩漏;补肝气,可治阴挺、带下过多;补气扶正,可治癥瘕;益气生血化乳,可治产后少乳。ZHANG Xichun used Astragalus flexibly and extensively in“Medical Records of Zhongzhong Canxi”,and had unique experience in using it.Among them,it was used most in gynecological diseases,so the effect of Astragalus was deeply explored.Astragalus can replenish Qi and raise Qi,and is good at treating the sinking of Qi in the chest,and can treat retrograde menstruation and oligomenorrhea;it can treat strong wind,and can treat postpartum wind convulsions;it is good at promoting urination,and can treat postpartum urinary obstruction;its lifting and replenishing power is good at treating miscarriage and metrorrhagia;it can replenish liver Qi,and can treat yin prolapse and excessive leucorrhea;it can replenish Qi and strengthen the body,and can treat lumps;it can replenish Qi,generate blood and transform milk,and can treat postpartum oligolactosis.
