摘　　要：刘月婵主任,广东省名中医,从事中医临床医疗工作40余年,对于肿瘤的中医治疗有非常丰富的临床经验。刘主任也是连续三届全国名老中医工作室专家,培养继承人6名,近年来主要研究肿瘤化疗后的中医辨证论治,并形成独立的学术思想。总结出主要从痰、瘀、热论治肿瘤化疗后诸症。并提出了燥湿化痰、清热润燥、活血化瘀等治疗原则。在改善肿瘤患者体质,抑制肿瘤生长,防止肿瘤复发及转移,提高患者生活质量,延长患者生存周期等方面有明显效果。学生们总结了名中医刘主任治疗各种肿瘤患者化疗后的宝贵经验,与同仁共勉。Liu Yuechan is the director of the second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University Chinese Medicine doctor,Guangdong Province famous Chinese medicine,the fifth,sixth,seventh batch of national old Chinese medicine teacher project instructor,the national famous old Chinese medicine studio experts.Director Liu has been engaged in TCM clinical medical work for more than 40 years,and has very rich clinical experience in tumor rehabilitation treatment,respiratory diseases:cough,asthma,gynecological diseases:irregular menstruation,menopause syndrome and other diseases.The author has the honor to follow the director Liu Yuechan,combined with clinical cases,summed up the academic thoughts and characteristics of Director Liu's treatment of cancer rehabilitation patients,found in the treatment of liver cancer,breast cancer and lung cancer and other malignant tumors on the train of thought,pay attention to sputum and other pathological factors,sputum can be divided into cold sputum,hot sputum,phlegm,wet sputum,wind sputum,stasis sputum,stagnation sputum,etc.The therapeutic methods of invigorating spleen and drying dampness,softening and dispersing,regulating qi and resolving phlegm,resolving stasis and eliminating phlegm were put forward,which have obvious effects on improving the physique of tumor patients,inhibiting tumor growth,preventing tumor recurrence and metastasis,improving the quality of life of patients,and prolonging the life cycle of patients.The students summarized the valuable experience of Liu Yuechan,a famous Chinese medicine doctor,in treating patients with various tumors after chemotherapy,and share with colleagues.
