摘　　要：健康体检发现肺结节概率逐年增高,对于没有明确手术指征的患者,西医目前尚无明确治疗方案,以长期随访为主。周大勇主任认为肺结节形成和发展与肺脾肝三脏相关,病因复杂,本虚标实,脏腑功能失衡导致气滞、痰湿、血瘀互结,从而阻塞肺络。周主任根据参苓白术散和柴胡疏肝散自创健脾消积汤,临证时灵活化裁,序贯式调节脏腑功能,循序渐进,平衡阴阳,软坚散结,临床疗效甚好,为临床医生提供了可鉴的诊治思路与方法。The probability of finding lung nodules in health examinations is increasing year by year.For patients without clear surgical indications,Western medicine currently has no clear treatment plan,and long-term follow-up is the main method.Director ZHOU Dayong believes that the formation and development of lung nodules are related to the lungs,spleen,and liver.The etiology is complex,with deficiency in the root and excess in the superficial.The imbalance of viscera function leads to Qi stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis,thus blocking the lung network.Director Z HOU created the Jianpi Xiaoji Decoction based on Shenling Baizhu powder and Chaihu Shugan powder.He flexibly adapted the prescription in clinical practice,sequentially regulated the viscera function,gradually balanced yin and yang,softened and dispersed the nodules,and achieved good clinical efficacy,providing clinicians with a reference for diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods.
